Key aspects of his experience that support compliance with these standards include: 

• Outsourced police misconduct investigations to enhance transparency, impartiality, and public trust. This aligns with Title VI’s requirement for non-discriminatory practices and unbiased review of complaints. 
• Lead use of Force Review Committees which resulted in a 70% reduction in use-of-force incidents through improved training, policy reforms, and consistent oversight. This initiative directly supports the Safe Streets Act’s requirement for ethical and accountable policing practices. 
• Established and managed the data-driven analysis through COMPSTAT. Data was used to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and improve transparency and accountability. This approach helped ensure compliance with civil rights standards by providing clear and measurable evidence of equitable enforcement. 
• Coordination of Training Programs: I have coordinated training efforts on Implicit Bias, Procedural Justice, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring officers received appropriate training to enhance their adherence to civil rights standards and reduce biased policing practices.
